Q: Can I get a sample before you cut a lot of pieces for me?

A: Yes. If you are unsure of the exact size of the shape you would like we can cut samples for you to try before we produce them.

Samples: $5.00  

How long will it take to make my custom order?

A: We make custom orders in the order that we receive them. When you first contact us we will be able to give you an estimated time line to complete your order. For most cases, it takes about a week from when you first contact us to when we will be ready to ship your custom order out. We ask that you please allow up to three weeks for your custom order to be completed.

Q: How much does it cost?

A: Each custom order is different. Depending on the amount of time and resources we need to produce your custom shape or pattern, the price will vary. We will be able to give you an exact quote once we lay out the shapes or pattern on our computers. We will only produce your pieces if you accept the price of the quote.

Q: Can I get a refund or exchange my custom order?

A: We are no longer offering refunds. We will only exchange your custom order if there was a mistake on our part in making your pieces.

Q: How long does it take to get my order?

A: Orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping takes 3-10 business days. International shipping takes 7-15 business days depending on customs.  

Q: Can I get my pieces shipped Overnight?

A: We can ship overnight to most places within the USA* ONLY. It is a minimum shipping charge of $19.00 or more depending on the weight of your order. Your order must be called in by 2:00 pm central time.
